For weddings, we assist with timeline development, room layouts, vendor recommendations, ceremony and reception logistics, and event flow to ensure every part of the day transitions effortlessly. For showers, parties, and special events, we work with hosts to create a personalized experience tailored to the style and atmosphere they envision.
Food & Beverage
Great events are remembered for the moments shared around the table. We work closely with our clients to create food and beverage experiences that complement their celebration. Whether you're planning an elegant plated dinner, buffet service, cocktail hour, brunch, or a casual gathering, our team will guide you through menu options and help create an experience that fits your event and your guests.
Our bar services can be customized to suit any occasion, from full bar packages to specialty signature cocktails and drink selections designed specifically for your event. Professional bartenders and attentive service ensure guests are well taken care of throughout the evening.
Bringing Your Vision to Life
As your event approaches, we work together to finalize every detail. From guest counts and seating arrangements to floor plans and décor placement, we make sure everything is carefully prepared before your guests arrive.
Our team handles the setup of venue tables and chairs according to your approved floor plan, ensuring the space is transformed to reflect your vision. With three elegant ballrooms and versatile event spaces, we can accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to celebrations of up to 250 guests.
Event Day
On the day of your event, our team is on-site to oversee the details and ensure everything runs smoothly. We coordinate with vendors as they arrive, assist with ceremony and reception transitions, monitor the timeline, and manage food and beverage service throughout the event.
For weddings, we help guide the flow of the day—from getting ready and the ceremony to cocktail hour, dinner service, introductions, dances, speeches, and the final send-off. We work closely with your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page so that you can focus on enjoying each moment.
For showers, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds, we oversee the behind-the-scenes details so hosts can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying their guests.

01. AM I ALLOWED TO CHOOSE MY OWN VENDORS?
Yes! We believe your event should reflect your vision and style. Clients are welcome to select their own vendors, including photographers, DJs, florists, bakers, and more. If you're looking for recommendations, our team is happy to share a list of trusted vendors who are familiar with our venue and consistently provide exceptional service.
 
02. DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERING?

03. CAN I BRING IN MY OWN ALCOHOL?
 
Yes! We welcome outside caterers and understand that every event has unique tastes and traditions. To ensure the highest standards of safety and service, all outside caterers are required to provide proof of current licensing, ServSafe certification, and liability insurance.
Please note that events utilizing an outside caterer will incur a $100 outside catering fee and a $55 trash removal fee. China and flatware are not included when using an outside caterer and must be provided separately. Our team is happy to answer any questions and help ensure a smooth and successful dining experience for your event.
 
04. CAN I BRING IN MY OWN DECORATIONS?
 
Absolutely! We encourage our clients to personalize the space and make it uniquely theirs. You are welcome to bring in your own décor and work with your florist or decorator to create the perfect atmosphere for your celebration.
To help preserve the beauty of our venue and ensure the safety of all guests, we do not permit open flames indoors. However, outdoor sparkler send-offs are welcome, and indoor cold sparklers and dancing-on-the-clouds fog effects are permitted to add a memorable touch to your event.
We kindly ask that all décor be free-standing or otherwise approved by our team. Confetti, glitter, nails, staples, and any items that may damage the property are prohibited. If you have questions about specific décor items or special effects, our team is always happy to help ensure your vision comes to life while maintaining the integrity of the venue.
